No cookies

We do not deposit "cookies" on your computer, nor do we retrieve them. (Cookies are small files some web sites place on your computer to track your usage and preferences).

The information we do collect

We do collect information for use in generating summary statistics, but this information is limited to generic information (for example, what Internet Service Provider, or ISP, is used to access our site), and this information does not identify you individually. The only way we obtain your email address or name is if you provide it via feedback form or direct email communications.

What we do with the information we collect

We do not sell, trade or rent personal information about our visitors.
The information we collect about the Internet Service Provider (ISP) you are using is aggregated and used to determine the number of visitors to our site and the more frequently used ISPs. No detailed information that would indentify you individually is gathered for creating site statistics.
Email addresses provided via feedback forms and direct email are used to reply to you, as appropriate. We may store email addresses of current patients of record for use in confirming appointments and the like. If you do not wish us to store your email address, let us know when providing your address, or contact us to remove your email address from our records.
Mailing address, if provided by you, may be used to send requested information and/or periodic newsletters and other similar mailings. If you provide your mailing address and then later wish to be removed from any mailing list, you may contact us to have your name removed.
