Payment and Insurance

Payment is expected at time of service. If you have insurance, you will be expected to make an estimated payment for that portion not covered by your insurance plan. For that portion of costs not covered by insurance, we offer the following payment options:

Cash or Personal Check
Credit Card - We accept MasterCard and Visa.

Insurance:

Many children in our practice are fortunate to be covered under some type of dental insurance policy. In most cases, we are pleased to assist those families in maximizing their insurance benefits. Please provide us with your current insurance information at the time of your appointment. However, please remember that our emphasis is on providing dental care for your children.

As a courtesy, we are happy to assist you with your claim; however, under no circumstances will we be held accountable for the disposition of any claim once it has left our office. It then becomes the insured person's responsibility to track the claim.
